Addressing Print E-mail

Every mailing needs addresses! We provide address labeling two ways:

High Speed Ink Jet Addressing

We can print any of the following:

Examples of Message Lines:

Message Line

This message line was added by us at the same time we imprinted the addresses since the endorsement came after the cards had already been printed at the printers.

Message Line This message line was added to plain envelopes.

Pressure sensitive address labels

  1. We can machine apply 1-up pressure sensitive labels or hand apply sheets of labels if that is the easiest way for you to get your list of addresses to us.  If you want a presort discount it is more cost effective if you print them in zip code order. If they are not in zip code order we need to hand sort them. Our cost to put them in zip code order and then presort them per Post Office Standards may be more than what you would save in postage.
  2. We can print and apply labels on your mail piece if you want to use a dark color or patterned paper that does not meet Post Office standards.  If your material has an aqueous coating it is likely that the ink will smear so we can print and apply labels on your material.
  3. If you have a catalog without a mailing panel we can print different size labels including your return address and permit if needed.

Ink Jet Addressing Ink Color: Most of our printing is done in black ink but we have the capability to print in select colors with sufficient notice.

Glossy Stock: Some glossy stock comes with a coating which will not work with our inkjet printer.  Please call us to see what type of glossy material we can work with.  If it is too glossy we can print and apply 1-up pressure sensitive labels.

Paper Color: Check with us regarding what paper color you are using for your material. The Post Office has standards regarding paper color and patterns for automated mail.

Extra material is a good idea! Please order extra material.  Sometimes there can be spoilage when setting up and running material through our inkjet addressor.
