Preparing a mailing for discounted postage rates involves following many required procedures for it to be accepted by the Post Office. This enables you to get the best postage discount possible for mailings of 200 or more pieces mailing at a standard postage rate or 500 or more pieces mailing at a presort first class rate.
CASS (Coding Accuracy Support System) is the function that corrects, standardizes and adds Zip+4 and carrier route codes in compliance with the USPS criteria. It works in conjunction with DPV™ and LACSLink™ to reduce Undeliverable As Addressed (UAA) mail and to increase address accuracy.
PAVE (Presort Accuracy, Validation, and Evaluation) certified software ensures that your mailing is properly presorted according to Domestic Mail Manual (DMM) standards to obtain maximum discount and that all the necessary reports and container labels are generated.
Classes of Mail:
We can also save you the cost of the annual bulk mail permit fee of $190 by allowing you to use our permit. We have permits for presort 1st class and presort standard. Even Non-Profit organizations that are authorized by the Postal Service to mail at the Nonprofit Standard mail prices can use our permit and still get the Nonprofit Standard postage rates.
